So sweet! Jessica Simpson and her husband, Eric Johnson, celebrated the sixth anniversary of their engagement on Friday, November 11.
In honor of the happy couple's special day, the former NFL tight end, 37, sent his wife a beautiful bouquet of colorful flowers alongside a sweet note, which read: "To Jess Happy 11/11 Thanks for saying yes after only 6 months. It started all this. I love you Eric."
The "With You" singer, 36, shared a series of photos of the enormous floral arrangement and her husband's kind message on her Instagram account on Friday morning. She also shared a screenshot of her iPhone's home screen, which displayed the November 11 date and the 11:11 a.m. time.
"6 years ago I said 'YES' to forever #LOVE," she captioned the post.
Simpson and Johnson — who are parents of daughter Maxwell, 4, and son Ace, 3 — got engaged in 2010 after six months of dating. They tied the knot in July 2014 at the lavish San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California, in front of her parents, Joe and Tina Simpson, and sister, Ashlee Simpson, among other close friends and family members.
Last month, the pair dressed up for Halloween as Sandy and Danny Zuko from the musical Grease. They celebrated the spooky holiday with Maxwell and Ace, who donned a colorful parrot ensemble and an octopus costume, respectively.
