Joe Giudice might be in more trouble with the law. The father of four reportedly got into an argument with his eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, at his family’s Jersey Shore beach house on Saturday, Aug. 15.

TMZ reports that the reality star, who is taking care of his four daughters while his wife, Teresa Giudice, is serving her 15-month prison sentence, was overheard screaming at 14-year-old Gia, who had been locked out of the house for several minutes.

Allegedly a female neighbor stepped in to calm down Joe, 43, and the two engaged in a shouting match. That’s when police were called.

Law enforcement told TMZ that no arrests were made and the Giudice girls had been begging the police not to arrest their father.

Joe is due to start his 41-month prison sentence after Teresa returns from hers. The couple were sentenced to their prison time in October 2014 after they pleaded and were found guilty on multiple counts of fraud.
