Aloha, Mr. and Mrs. Bartha! Hangover actor Justin Bartha tied the knot with girlfriend Lia Smith on Saturday, Jan. 4, in Oahu, Hawaii — and from the looks of these wedding photos, the big day was a big success.
Bartha’s bride, a personal fitness trainer, looked gorgeous in a flowy white gown with a sweetheart neckline and illusion netting. She paired the dress with strappy, jeweled pumps, which could be seen as she and her new husband — in a dark suit and tie — walked along a dock together following the ceremony.
“They were sweet together and looked very in love,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly of the happy couple. “He was holding her bouquet for her and walked with his arm around her after the vows. She had a big smile on her face and nuzzled up to his neck. Their family and friends seemed so happy for them and had an incredible time hanging out in Hawaii leading up to the wedding.”
Among their loved ones were famous pals including Bartha’s Hangover costar Ken Jeong, actor Jesse Eisenberg, and actress Reese Witherspoon, whose husband, Jim Toth, is the groom’s agent. They and other guests watched Bartha and Smith say “I do” at a historic fishing pond with an altar made of sticks.
Us exclusively broke the news of the 35-year-old actor’s engagement back in May 2013. “They’re the cutest couple,” an insider told Us at the time of the proposal.
