Justin Bieber Tells Fans to Stop Being ‘So Mean’ to Sofia Richie: ‘This Is Getting Out of Hand’

Biebs is not happy! Justin Bieber threatened to make his Instagram account private after his fans attacked rumored new girlfriend Sofia Richie online.

The “Let Me Love You” singer, 22 — who is currently in Tokyo with the 17-year-old model — took to social media on Sunday, August 14, to address his Beliebers’ unkind words.

“I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand,” Bieber captioned an Instagram photo of himself with Richie. “If you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like.”

Moments before writing the message, the “Love Yourself” crooner shared a succession of six black-and-white pictures with Richie, who is the daughter of singer Lionel Richie and sister of socialite Nicole Richie.

The nearly inseparable duo first sparked romance rumors earlier this month. They have been spotted together almost every day in recent weeks.

Since linking up with Bieber, Richie’s Instagram comments have been flooded with messages of hate and snake emojis. “Jelena forever,” one user wrote, in reference to the singer’s former girlfriend Selena Gomez. Another user added, “You really f–king suck. You barely know justin and he’s all about you. We’ve been here for 8 yrs & he’s putting US down for your irrelevant hoe ass.”

Prior to jetting to Tokyo with the blonde teen, Bieber was photographed fully naked while skinny-dipping in Hawaii with several models. The pictures, naturally, went viral just days before the heartthrob returned to California, where he was later spotted walking on the beach with Richie.
