Rest assured, Jennifer Aniston. If the world ends tomorrow, your fiance Justin Theroux has every intention in bringing you along with him. During his The Leftovers VIP preview in NYC on Monday, June 23, Theroux said that he would want the Friends alum by his side after the rapture/post-apocalypse.
"My cell phone, my keys. It depends on where I go," he said of the three items he would take, via NY Daily News. "If I go somewhere great I probably won't miss anything." (The HBO drama chronicles the aftermath once two-percent of the world's population suddenly disappears.)
"That's who I would want to bring with me," he added of his longtime love to reporters.
Theroux, 42, was joined by Aniston, 45, while walking the red carpet for the premiere of his series, which is the television adaptation of Tom Perrotta's 2011 novel.
"It's a heavy show. It's not a comedy so in that sense, there's not a lot of cracking up in the middle of the takes," Theroux told Us Weekly at his big event. "It's a lot of working quietly and just trying to make sure that the performances are as honest as the scripts that are written."
As for having his post-apocalypse partner with him celebrating the final cut? "It feels great!" he told Us.
The Leftovers premieres on HBO at 10 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 29.
