Feeling lovestoned! Justin Timberlake crashed a New Hampshire wedding on Saturday, August 13 — and even took a photo with the bride and groom!
The “Can’t Stop the Feeling” singer, 35, posed with Chelsey Gaudet and Ryan Parks, before the reception kicked off at the Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods.
The multi-Grammy winner appeared to be dressed for a round of golf (not in a suit and tie!) when he made the surprise appearance. He wore khaki shorts, a T-shirt, vest and baseball cap.
Gaudet opened up about the surreal moment during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “So we were taking the first-look photo and all of a sudden Justin Timberlake appears out of nowhere, shakes my husband’s hand and congratulates us, and takes a photo,” she explained on Monday.
“We thought it was awesome of him to do that,” she continued, “but had no idea it would go viral.”
A video is making the rounds online, too. “I have another wedding I actually have to make. Congratulations!” Timberlake says in the clip, obtained by the Daily Mail. A guest jokes in the background: “Who’s this guy?”
Timberlake joins a long list of celebrities who have dropped by wedding ceremonies uninvited. Other famous wedding crashers include Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Serena Williams, Harrison Ford and Scandal’s Tony Goldwyn.
Unlike Timberlake, Sheeran and Swift performed at the weddings that they crashed. In March 2015, Sheeran sang his hit “Thinking Out Loud” at a wedding organized by KIIS 1065’s Kyle & Jackie O. His BFF Swift, meanwhile, belted out her song “Blank Space” at a North Beach Haven, New Jersey, wedding on June 4. She even posted photos with the new spouses on her Instagram account.
