It’s happening. Nearly a year since their split, Kate Beckinsale‘s estranged husband, Len Wiseman, has filed for divorce.
According to TMZ, the filmmaker, 43, cited irreconcilable differences, and neither he nor Beckinsale, 43, is asking for spousal support.
Us Weekly confirmed in November 2015 that the pair were ending their 11-year marriage. They met on the set of 2003’s Underworld and tied the knot one year later at Hotel Bel-Air.
“They tried to make it work, but they end up falling back into old habits and fighting,” a source told Us at the time.
Wiseman had already appeared to move on before the split announcement. On October 2, 2015, he was photographed with model CJ Franco, 25, at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.
“It is very hurtful to her that he is not being discreet,” a second insider told Us. “They haven’t even been able to sit down and discuss divorcing yet and she asked him to wait until then.”
The Total Recall actress and Wiseman have no children together. Beckinsale shares 17-year-old daughter Lily with actor Michael Sheen. The exes dated from 1995 to 2003.
