Dressed in a super-sexy black and white halterneck jumpsuit, Hudson, who wore her hair pulled back into a high ponytail, managed to fool host Fallon with her acting skills, although the actress didn't actually ever lie about the contents of her boxes.
Not that her honesty made it any easier for the 35-year-old actress to keep a straight face as she attempted to describe her mystery items!
During her interview, mom of two Hudson talked with Fallon about her kids Ryder and Bing, 3. "Ryder's 10, he's a little man and he's really funny and he's really patient. Bing terrorizes him. Bing is like a force of nature,” she said.
Fallon asked Hudson for advice as his daughter Winnie Rose approaches her first birthday. The Oscar nominee admitted she'd gone a little crazy when it came to her first born's birthday celebration.
"For Ryder's first birthday, I got a petting zoo," the slender actress said, laughing. "There were bunnies and for some reason there was a llama. I thought, 'That's kind of large.'"
On the actual day, the Hudson family's plans were thwarted by rain. "I brought all the animals into my kitchen," Hudson revealed. "It was the greatest party ever. What you do for your first child! And then Bing, you're like, 'OK, let’s get the cake.' You go to the grocery store, you get some donuts, and a card."
