And now, we wait! The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is still waiting on royal baby no. 2. Kate Middleton, however, has been patiently spending time in the company of friends and family.
"She's well, in good spirits," a family friend tells Us Weekly. "Everyone is! Although it would be fair to say also eager for the time to come."
On Friday, April 24, close friends Guy Pelly and his wife Elizabeth Wilson visited the couple at Kensington Palace for afternoon tea. Prince William and his wife also are believed to have gotten a visit from Prince Harry, who stopped through London for the London Marathon and is staying one more night before returning to Australia for military training.
Other than the visits from pals, the Duke and Duchess have been going about their business as usual. Antonella Fresolone and nanny Maria Borallo have been spotted walking the family's dog Lupo around Kensington Gardens every day, and grandma Carole Middleton has been helping take care of Prince George. She will look after George when the royal couple head to the hospital.
On Monday, April 20, Prince William's wife made her final outing, shopping at Zara Home on Kensington High Street.
"She was in a great mood," an onlooker told Us Weekly. "She was very happy and polite, as she always is. She didn't look too pregnant at all. She was wearing wedges and jeans."
Middleton purchased placemats, hand towels, coasters, salad servers, and blue and white children's hangers.
