Keep your friends close, and your costars closer! Nearly a year after she was caught kissing her married Smash director Michael Morris, Katharine McPhee has been spotted getting cozy with someone else at work — Elyes Gabel, her costar in the upcoming TV series Scorpion.

McPhee, 30, was photographed kissing, hugging, and even playfully grabbing Gabel's butt between scenes on the L.A. set of their show on Friday Aug. 15. Set to debut this fall, the CBS drama stars the World War Z actor as a tech mastermind who leads a ragtag team of fellow geniuses in working for Homeland Security. McPhee plays a waitress whose son is a child prodigy.

The American Idol alum is currently going through a divorce from husband Nick Cokas, whom she married in 2008. As previously reported, she filed papers in May 2014, seven months after she made headlines for making out with Morris in a parking lot; he was (and still is) married to In Plain Sight actress Mary McCormack.

Sources told Us Weekly at the time that McPhee had been separated from her producer husband for at least six months. After the scandal with Morris, they were said to be "working on their marriage."

Alas, her rep confirmed to Us earlier this year that the couple had decided to call it quits. "After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, Katharine McPhee has filed for a dissolution of marriage from Nick Cokas," the rep said. "The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends."

McPhee's rep had no comment on the photos of her and Gabel.
