It looks like Katie Holmes has found a little extra sunshine this summer.
The actress, 47, was beaming in a new photo shared by her boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, as he went Instagram official with their budding romance on Thursday, August 13.
In the pic shared via his Stories, Holmes looked stunning in a chic ivory two-piece ensemble featuring a sleeveless, fitted top and matching midi skirt. She completed her look with metallic pointed-toe heels.
The pair first stepped out together in July for a screening of The Invite in the Hamptons, for which they went hand-in-hand as they made their way to the venue.
Yarmosky and Holmes appear to have more recently gone on a fun-filled getaway together as he also shared snapshots of the two checking out artwork by fellow artist John Chamberlain and enjoying a sunset boat ride. She reposted the sunset photo on her grid with a smiley face emoji.
“Immediately thought of Dawson’s Creek with this view. 🥹,” one social media user wrote in the comments section.
Fans were feeling extra nostalgic as she recently reunited with Dawson’s Creek costar Joshua Jackson to film the first installment in their new film trilogy, Happy Hours, in which they both have starring roles. (Happy Hours is the fourth film that Holmes has written and directed.)
“We hadn’t worked together in 25 years, and we’ve changed a lot,” Holmes said of their reunion during a Zoom interview with Variety in June. “We also wanted to give ourselves the space to show different sides of ourselves and to not portray these people we’re known for.”
She added, “We’ve always done well working off one another. He directs me and I direct him without us even mentioning it.”
Earlier this year, Holmes and Jackson, 48, mourned the death of their beloved former costar James Van Der Beek, who died in February at the age of 48 following a brave battle with colorectal cancer.
“I formed some words with a heavy heart,” she wrote in the caption of her tribute at the time. “This is a lot to process. I am so grateful to have shared in a piece of James’ journey. He is beloved. Kimberly, we love you and will be here always for you and your beautiful children.”
In recent months, Holmes has kept busy filming and spending time with her daughter, Suri, shared with ex Tom Cruise.
Prior to her new connection, her last public relationship was with Bobby Wooten III, whom she dated for less than a year in 2022.
