Katrina Bowden is loving married life! Just two months after marrying musician Ben Jorgensen, the 30 Rock actress is still in honeymoon mode.
"It's great. It's wonderful," the 24-year-old told Us Weekly of married life during the Summer Fun M Missoni Party in New York City, on Thursday, July 25. "There's no huge difference. It feels very cozy and comfortable, I guess. Just saying 'husband' is a strange feeling, but it feels good!"
So good that the newlywed decided to take her husband's last name! "I don't know why. I don't have a reason. Maybe when I actually have kids years from now, that will all change. I don't know!" she laughed. "I'll go by Katrina Bowden for acting and my career. Bowden is now officially my middle name." She added that her hubby is "super excited about it. I'm kind of old fashioned like that."
For now, the couple plans to wait before having children. "We have a dog, so that’s enough for us right now," she said. "I want a family eventually, just not anytime soon."
The pair dated for several years before reconnecting in 2010. They married in May 2013 and plan to Honeymoon in Hawaii this fall.
"We both have never been before, so that's pretty much the main reason. We love beach vacations and we like doing adventurous things like hiking and things outdoors," the American Reunion star told Us. "We thought that would be the perfect place to do that."
