This should be interesting. Kendra Wilkinson’s mother, Patti Wilkinson, wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday, Oct. 17, that she wants to write a book, explaining that “there is only so much a mother can take.”
Not surprisingly, the proposed book has a little something to do with her daughter, Kendra, the former Playboy model and reality star.
“Well, the time has come where I can’t stay quiet anymore,” Patti wrote. “I think a book is in order to tell the TRUTH! It will be factual and tell the entire story from MY eyes. Get ready for hearing some things that may take a certain someone down off of her pedestal.”
Patti’s throwing shade at the Kendra On Top star comes nearly five months after Kendra, 30, revealed how she really felt about her mother on an episode of WE tv’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.
On the May 29 episode of the show, Patti told her daughter, “I get the impression, the feeling, that you hate me.”
Kendra confirmed her mom’s suspicions, screaming, “The devil has eaten your soul! The devil has eaten your soul! The devil has eaten your soul!”
The mother of two, whose marriage to Hank Baskett has been rocked by cheating accusations, also accused Patti of leaking stories to the press. “You sell us out to the tabloids,” she shouted. “What the hell is your problem?!”
In another Facebook post later on Saturday, Patti responded to commenters, writing, “I understand and respect that every one of us has an opinion. I am writing this book for therapy and closure for me. It is totally your choice whether you read it or not. Either way I respect your decision.”
