Another modern-day Bonnie and Clyde? Or maybe an homage to the Purge horror films? Khloe Kardashian and boyfriend French Montana looked like they were ready to wreak some havoc on the set of the rapper’s new music video for “Don’t Panic.”
On Wednesday, July 9, and Thursday, July 10, the couple took to Instagram to share some pictures of themselves in costume for the vid, which was shot in New York City. The photos show them decked out in creepy black and white mime masks and head-to-toe black clothing.
In one picture, posted by Montana, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian‘s younger sister points an assault rifle toward the sky, her finger resting lightly on the trigger. The caption reads simply, “#dontpanic.”
Another snapshot from the set shows the duo inside some kind of luxury bus. Kardashian, 30—in a black top with metallic sleeves—stands beside Montana, 29, who holds a bouquet of black roses in his hand. “Black roses in my garden,” the reality star wrote alongside the pic.
This is not the first time the couple’s Instagram action has raised eyebrows. Back in June, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians regular shared a photo of herself swigging champagne from a bottle, while Montana cradled a weapon in his arms beside her. The picture was believed to have been taken on the set of his music video for “They Don’t Love You No More.”
Posts like that may be why Kardashian’s family is wary of her relationship with Montana. “Kris thinks he’s not right for Khloe,” a source previously told Us of Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner. “She doesn’t like that French is supergangster.”
