Khloe Kardashian Shows Fans How to Get a ‘Better Booty’ in ‘90s-Style Workout Video

Just in time for the holidays! Khloé Kardashian showed off some of her best workout moves in a ‘90s-style video for Vogue, which was posted on the fashion magazine’s website on Thursday, December 1.

In the two-minute clip, the Strong Looks Better Naked author, 32, dons a black top with sheer sleeves and black leggings to demonstrate how to get a “better booty.”

“Hi, I’m Khloé Kardashian, and these are a few of my favorite sculpting moves to help you look great in a pair of jeans,” she begins in the video, which has a grainy quality and blips from time to time like an old VHS tape.

The reality star then walks viewers through six moves to help fans tone their tush, including the “sandbag bridge” (lying on her back and thrusting her pelvis upward with a sandbag on her lower abdomen) and the “clean squat” (here, the reality star crouches and picks up a heavy sandbag before straightening up.)

“Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout, you only regret not doing your workout,” the Good American jean designer tells the camera, adding, “Guys, now these are my sculpting moves to look fabulous in your denim.”

Earlier this week, while speaking at a conference for Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen, Kardashian told the audience she disliked being labeled “plus-size” before her weight loss.

“I used to be someone that they labeled as plus-size. F–k that,” she said. “I don’t want to be called that. I’m a woman with curves, and what I would say was average size at the time. I was very proud of who I was. I felt so shamed at the time to go into boutiques and denim shopping. It was something that was super hard for me.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is also set to share her fitness tips on her new E! series, Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, which premieres on Thursday, January 12, at 8 p.m. ET on E!
