Halloween with Lam-Lam. Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian tweeted a photo from Lamar Odom's hospital room on Halloween, and spent the entire day with her estranged husband on Saturday, Oct. 31.
Kardashian, 31, posted a snap of a plastic pumpkin candy jar surrounded by Twizzlers and a Hershey's chocolate bar, with a hand sanitizer dispenser and a medical contraption of some sort in the background.

Kardashian later confirmed herself that she had spent the day with Odom in the hospital.

As previously reported by Us Weekly, Odom's condition has improved significantly since he was found unconscious in a brothel last month. A source confirmed to Us last week that the former NBA player was taken off his dialysis and was no longer in need of a kidney transplant, which was initially a life-threatening concern after he suffered from kidney failure.
"He is getting stronger ever day," one source told Us. "And [he] has a great team of therapists and specialists working with him. He's 6-foot-11 and weighs a lot, so getting him to walk a little has been really hard."
Though Kardashian's lawyer asked a judge to dismiss her divorce documents from Odom following the tragedy, the two are "not romantically together," a source told Us.
In fact, as Odom's condition continues to improve, Kardashian took a break from looking after her estranged husband and jetted off to support her boyfriend, James Harden, at the Houston Rockets game last Wednesday, Oct. 28.
“Khloe and James are trying to stay in each other’s lives," the source told Us. "Each day is something different, but they’re trying to see if they can still be together."
In a flurry of new tweets, Kardashian thanked her fans this past weekend for reaching out and showing support.
