Kim Richards was sentenced to three years summary probation, 30 days of community labor, and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings on Monday, Sept. 14, following her April 16 Beverly Hills Hotel arrest.

According to a police report obtained by Us Weekly, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star entered a no contest plea to one misdeamoner count of resisting arrest. 

As previously reported, Richards was arrested after getting into a drunken confrontation with police at the posh hotel after making a scene and being asked to leave The Polo Lounge.

"Hotel security requested to make a Private Persons Arrest and BHPD officers entered the restroom and took her into custody," LAPD told Us at the time. "She was passively resisting and she was taken into custody on Private Person Arrest." While being booked at the Beverly Hills Police station, Richards also kicked an officer.

Following her April arrest, the former child star and recovering alcoholic was arrested for shoplifting at a Target in Van Nuys, where she allegedly stole over 100 items. Following the arrest, Richards’ family members checked her into a treatment facility.
