Corey Gamble continues to keep fans guessing about his relationship status with longtime love Kris Jenner after referring to her as his “wife” in a 71st birthday tribute to the momager.
“Happiest Birthday to the Holy Grail …. Love you forever!! Keep being Great,” Corey, 45, wrote to Jenner via Instagram on Thursday, November 5, adding: “You’re the greatest mother , Lovey & Honey to all your kids and im blessed to have you in my life lil wife …..”
He added, “To many more great years ….. Love you much.”
“I love you,” Jenner replied in the comment section.
There have been rumors on-and-off for many years about whether Jenner and Gamble may have secretly got engaged or even married. Jenner attempted to downplay any speculation on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2017 when asked whether she’d consider tying the knot with Gamble.
“You know, I’ve done that twice, and it didn’t work out so well,” Jenner told pal Ellen DeGeneres at the time. “So I don’t know. You never know.”
During an August 2018 appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden, Jenner chose to eat a cricket in the “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts” game rather than reveal whether the 20-carat oval cut diamond ring on her finger meant she was engaged.
Kris returned to the question of tying the knot on Khloé Kardashian’s “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast in April when her daughter asked whether there were any “wedding bells” in her future.
“No,” Kris initially answered, before teasing, “You never know.”
Khloé, 42, suggested that her mother didn’t “need to get married again” after previously being with her late first husband, Robert Kardashian, from 1978 to 1991 and later with Caitlyn Jenner from 1991 to 2015. (Kris shared daughters Khloé, Kourtney and Kim, and son Rob with late husband Robert, as well as having daughters Kendall and Kylie with Caitlyn.)
Hinting that “you just never know” what the future may hold for her relationship, Kris added, “I’m full of surprises.”
Kris was showered with birthday love from her family and friends on Wednesday, with Khloé beaming that one of her “greatest” blessings in life is being the iconic talent manager’s daughter.
“If I had a thousand lifetimes to live, I’d find you in every single one. And without hesitation, I’d choose you to be my mommy EVERY! SINGLE! TIME,” Khloé declared via Instagram. “Happy Birthday, my beautiful queen mama. Loving you is one of the easiest and greatest joys of my life.”
“Happy birthday mommy,” Kylie, 29, sweetly wrote to her mom. “I will never take for granted the love you poured into us and the beautiful life you gave us. What a gift to pass that love to my kids. I love you!”
DeGeneres, 68, celebrated her longtime friendship with Kris on the Kardashians star’s special day, praising her as “so loving and kind and thoughtful.”
“No matter how busy you are, you always make time for me and anyone else who’s lucky enough to call you a friend,” the former talk show host continued. “I hope you’re being pampered and showered with love. I love you. Happy birthday!”
