He might be out of her life again, but Lamar Odom played a huge role in helping Khloé Kardashian mend her relationship with brother Rob Kardashian following his secret proposal to fiancée Blac Chyna. In a sneak peek at the Keeping Up With the Kardashians Sunday, July 10, episode, the disgraced athlete encourages his estranged wife to call her little bro.
“Call Rob,” Odom tells Khloé in the clip. “I mean, he probably won’t answer my phone call,” Khloé replies while using FaceTime to call Rob, who just so happens to answer and see Odom’s face.

“I am really surprised that Rob answered the call because even though Lamar is calling him, it’s from my phone,” the Strong Looks Better Naked author, 32, tells the camera. “It does make me smile ’cause at least I know he’s finally going to answer one of my phone calls.”

The siblings weren’t on speaking terms after Rob, 29, moved out of her Calabasas home and in with the makeup artist, 28, who was previously not on friendly terms with the famous family. Rob then proposed to Chyna unbeknownst to his family, and the pair are currently expecting their first child.
“I have always loved Lamar and Rob’s relationship and bond, and I want them to hang out, but I still want my time with Rob. He hasn’t had any one-on-one time with me,” Khloé continues in the clip. “Rob hasn’t attempted to do anything with me.”

In a turn of events since the episode was filmed, Khloé has cut Odom, 36, of out her life again and has since reconnected with Rob.
As previously reported by Us Weekly, Odom, who almost died following his October overdose, is “back to using again.” “Khloé had to put her foot down and stop helping him out,” the insider told Us. “She can’t watch him fall apart again.”
As for Rob, the Arthur George sock creator — and Blac Chyna! — surprised social media followers when they attended Khloé’s 32nd birthday party at Dave & Buster’s last month.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs on E! Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
