Khloe and Lamar take NOLA?
Not so fast.
Lamar Odom was traded from the L.A. Lakers to the New Orleans Hornets on Thursday — but then he wasn't, after the NBA rescinded the trade, which would have seen an exchange of players between the Lakers, Hornets and Houston Rockets.
So, on Friday, Khloe Kardashian's hubby, 32, skipped practice with the Lakers as he pondered his next professional step.
"To me, I would think it's better to stay away," Odom told The Los Angeles Times on Friday afternoon. "You know, the energy and all." (He had said earlier he was "shocked" by the trade and then "weirded out" by the nixed deal.)
But both Odom and Khloe, 27, were all set to move to Louisiana on Thursday had the deal gone though.
"I would go anywhere with my hubby!" Kardashian tweeted. "I ride or die for my Lam!… I can survive anywhere… People are acting cray! LOL New Orleans is a great place. As long as I'm with Lam I'm good."
Friday, Odom told the LA Times from home he wasn't sure when he'd return to practice. "I don't want to offend the sport and the professionalism. Right now, I'll be a fan of the game from the distance. But as of right now, I just don't know."
