It seems Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller just had a bad day.
Yale Galanter, the attorney for Mueller, 32, told UsMagazine.com that the couple is trying to move past their Christmas day incident.

"They’re very much in love, and they want to try to work it out." he told Us Wednesday. "I think they had a really bad day, which is probably an understatement, but they need their privacy and they need some time."
But because Sheen, 44, and Mueller have not been able to speak — even by phone — at all, Galanter filed a motion Wednesday to amend a restraining order that prevents the pair from communicating.

"They want to act as husband and wife, and with the restraining order there, that’s tough to do," he told Us. "I believe their relationship is still strong… They love each other. They’re married. They have two beautiful babies."
Galanter also told Us that the RadarOnline.com report that Sheen increased Mueller's prenuptial agreement by $1 million is inaccurate.
"I don't think there's any, any, any validity to that at all," he said. "This has nothing to do with money."
The court hearing to dismiss the restraining order will take place on Monday.
