Lea Michele is standing by her man Cory Monteith in his moment of need. The Glee actor, 30, shocked fans on Sunday when he revealed (through his rep) that he's going to rehab to seek help for substance addiction. His costar and real-life girlfriend of more than a year tells Us Weekly that Monteith has her full support.

"I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this," Michele, 26, says in a statement. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision." Indeed, in an Easter Sunday tweet, the actress and singer wrote to her 2.48 million followers, "Feeling so grateful today <3."

Us Weekly first reported back in February 2012 that the FOX stars had become a romantic, slowly going public with their romance throughout the year. (Michele ended her long-distance relationship with Theo Stockman in 2011; Monteith briefly dated Taylor Swift that year.)

"Cory is a beloved member of the Glee family and we fully support his decision to seek treatment," 20th Century Fox TV, which produces the hit musical series, said in a statement. "Everyone at the show wishes him well and looks forward to his return." This will be the second rehab stay for Monteith, 30, who sought help for a "serious problem" with drugs and alcohol when he was 19 years old.

He quickly relapsed until finally deciding to kick the habit on his own. "I was done fighting myself," he told Parade. "I finally said, 'I'm gonna start looking at my life and figure out why I'm doing this.'"
