In the new preview for Teen Mom 2, a tearful Leah Messer is seen going through a split and a series of rumors. “I’ve been accused of being an unfit mother, abusing drugs,” she says in the clip. Now, Us Weekly has confirmed that Messer, 23, has checked into rehab for a 30-day program.
A source close to Leah noted that the reality star is in for depression and stress, not drug use. She was originally signed up for a 30-day stint, but could be released early. It currently looks like she will check out of rehab at the end of June.
Messer ended up entering rehab later than she originally planned while working out some issues with ex-husband Corey Simms, presumably surrounding their twin daughters Ali and Aleeah.

After three years of marriage, Messer and her husband Jeremy Calvert, with whom she shares daughter Addie, are headed for a split, sources previously told Us.
“The girl I fell in love with, ain’t the girl I got now,” Calvert says in the trailer.
There have also been unconfirmed rumors of drug use and cheating scandals that have followed the West Virginia mother. From the looks of things, the MTV cameras have been with her throughout this ordeal, so when Teen Mom 2 airs there might be more insight into what Messer is going through.
Teen Mom 2 premieres Thursday, July 9 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
