L'Wren Scott was remembered by family and friends during an emotional memorial service at Saint Bartholomew's Church in NYC on Friday, May 3. Mick Jagger, who dated the late fashion designer for 13 years, paid tribute to Scott by singing her favorite song, Bob Dylan's "Just Like a Woman."

The Rolling Stones frontman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ellen Barkin, and Andre Leon Talley all gave moving speeches during the service, led by Reverend Lynn C. Sanders. Jagger, 70, broke down on occasion, but for the most part kept his stories of Scott light-hearted. He was in awe about how put together Scott was during her fashion shows, and how everything had to be detailed and precise from fitting the models to the seated presentation.

Jagger also noted that Scott wasn't familiar with most of The Rolling Stones catalogue, which was obvious while the two attended the Costume National Show in Paris back in 2013. As songs from the rock band played throughout the night, Scott would keep asking Jagger if "Gimme Shelter" was finally playing.

Jagger was later accompanied by a piano while singing Dylan's "Just Like a Woman." He joked that although it wasn't a Rolling Stones hit, it was Scott's favorite song.

Poems were shared by Scott's niece, Hannah Bambrough, and Jagger's son, James Jagger. Mick's grandchildren Mazie and Zak, who lovingly called Scott "Glammy," read Psalm 23. "Amazing Grace" was sung by Lisa Fischer

Others who attended included Keith Richards, Meg Ryan, Martin Scorsese, Anna Wintour, Renee Zellweger, Ronnie Wood, John McEnroe, Patty Smythe, Graydon Carter, and Karlie Kloss. The service was followed by a private reception downtown at The Top of The Standard.
