Sabrina the wicked witch?

Melissa Joan Hart "has no heart," says her former manager Kieran Maguire in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.  Maguire has filed a lawsuit against the actress, 35, for fraud and breach of contract.

The lawsuit cites "Hart's fraudulent promise to pay for talent management services when she clearly had no intention of doing so."  When Maguire was hired in 2006, Hart promised to pay him 10% of her earnings from acting.  That included a run on Dancing With the Stars, and for her role on the ABC Family sitcom, Melissa & Joey.  For five years the actress kept her word, paying the promised dues.  But the documents allege that Hart stopped payments "once her popularity was brought back from obscurity."

After Maguire was fired in 2011, Hart has not followed through with their earlier financial agreement.  "Maguire informed Hart that her decision to fire him did not absolve her contractual responsibility to continue to pay Maguire his 10 percent commission for all future compensations Hart receives from the Show," the documents read.

In May, the actress was sued by a former employee of her frozen yogurt and candy shop, Sweet Harts Sweets in Sherman Oaks, California.  Staffer Shana Kharineh filed her lawsuit under the terms of racial profiling, claiming as an African American woman she was discriminated against and required to work overtime without overtime pay.  Kharineh's documents, obtained by E! News, also stated her employers had "berated and humiliated her."

For the girl who used to explain it all, there's a lot of explaining to do.
