TMI! Michael Fassbender recalled an anecdote about a horse on set of his 2011 film Jane Eyre on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, Nov. 6.
“Well, he used to get quite aroused whenever I got on his back,” the X-Men actor, 38, said. “So, Dan the horse handler had to get on it and sort of, you know, canter him or give him a little trot so he’d sort of slap off his… retract it back and then he was good to go,” he joked.
The actor previously joked about the horse, named Prince, during the filming of the movie to Artisan News Service.
“I seemed to have some sort of effect on the horse,” he said. “He would sort of… be sort of swinging along. It was quite an entrance, actually.”
The critically acclaimed film adaptation also starred Mia Wasikowska and Judi Dench.
Fassbender currently stars in the biographical film Steve Jobs, along with Kate Winslet and Jeff Daniels.
