Whoops! Michael Strahan jumped the gun and accidentally gave away a free trip during Tuesday’s Live! With Kelly and Michael, and his co-host, Kelly Ripa, thoroughly enjoyed the moment.
The flub happened after Strahan misheard the seriously lucky and now Puerto Rico-bound caller.
"On yesterday's show, we talked with Jeremy Renner. What sport did Jeremy say he once taught as a part-time job?" Strahan asked, before a timer giving the caller only 20 seconds to answer began to tick away.
“Sport?” the caller asked, which Strahan obviously misheard, as he exclaimed: “Bowling! You got it!”
“She said sport,” an entertained Ripa clarified to the former NFL star, while smiling coyly. “This is the greatest thing that’s ever happened to us,” she said to the caller with a laugh.
