Making her way to the court! Michelle Branch has filed for divorce from her husband of 11 years, Teddy Landau, TMZ reports. The “Everywhere” singer has been separated from Landau for over a year.
According to the site, the divorce appears to be amicable.
Branch filed citing irreconcilable differences and without a lawyer. The pair are reportedly working out a property settlement and Branch is seeking joint custody of their 9-year-old daughter Owen.
Branch, who is currently dating Dead Sara bassist Chris Null, and Landau, who was her bass player, married in Mexico in May 2004.
