Milania Giudice is sharing a message of gratitude to her family and fans after opening up about her mental health struggles.

“I just wanted to start off and say thank you guys all so much for all the love and support you’ve been giving me,” Giudice, 20, shared via Instagram on Wednesday, October 14. “It really makes my heart happy.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star went on to share a message about empathy and how important it is for all of Us to have it.

“If this summer taught me anything, it is to never judge anybody no matter what you see, what you hear. Never judge anybody. It also taught me that life is all about sacrifice,” she explained. “Empathy is a trait that I’ve personally have always had. When I love, I want to move mountains for you. When you’re upset, I’m upset. When you’re angry, I’m angry. I’m a ride-or-die friend. I’m ride or die for my family.”

Giudice continued, “I know that my family and I have had lots of ups and downs, but at the end of the day, my family is the greatest gift I’ve ever gotten. I’m going to start crying.”

On Monday, October 12, Giudice revealed she is in a treatment center after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. She also offered an apology after “this summer hit me like a bus.”

The post received words of encouragement from family members like sister Gia Giudice, aunt Melissa Gorga and mom Teresa Giudice.

Milania’s candor about mental health came as she continues to mourn the death of her best friend, Victoria Zardoya, who died of a traumatic brain injury from an accidental fall at Fort Dade in Florida in July. She was 20.

Milania also made headlines for a tense exchange with her mom at the Tampa International Airport. Teresa, 54, later spoke out about the incident and asked for “compassion and kindness.”

“At the end of the day, having empathy for other people is honestly a beautiful thing,” Milania shared in her latest social media post. “I never judge anybody. I never try to put anybody down. Honestly, I’m the type of person that likes to lift everybody up because we need more of that in this world.”

She added, “This world is very cruel, and a lot of people go through a lot of things. Not everything is broadcast, so I would say I love you all and I’m really grateful for you all.”
