“Miley, what’s good?” is apparently the new “Bye, Felicia!” Miley Cyrus may be done with her MTV Video Music Awards hosting duties, but what Nicki Minaj said to her onstage – in front of millions – is still haunting her. Trolls on Twitter have been making jokes at Cyrus’ expense by using the hashtag #MileyWhatsGood ever since.
The “Anaconda” rapper, 32, made the comment while accepting the award for Best Hip Hop music video at L.A.’s Microsoft Theater on Sunday, Aug. 30. “And now… back to this bitch that had a lot to say about me in the press. Miley, what’s good?” Minaj said at the time. She mouthed: “Don’t play with me bitch.”
As exclusively reported, Minaj’s diss wasn’t a show stunt. Last week, Cyrus called out Minaj for ranting about her Video of the Year nomination snub during an interview with the New York Times.
“Nicki was livid with Miley and decided to air her feelings onstage,” an insider told Us. “The anger was very real.”
The “Wrecking Ball” singer, 22, can’t seem to escape Instagram either. On Tuesday, she received dozens of “What’s good Miley?” comments after she posted a photo of herself at the VMAs. The outfit was the very same one she wore when the feud went down on stage.
