— MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge host TJ Lavin was seriously injured Thursday night after he failed to execute a trick on his BMX bike at the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas. The 33-year-old has now been placed into a medically-induced coma to reduce swelling in his brain after also shattering his wrist and breaking his ribs.
