Swoon! Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have an old-school, storybook kind of romance.
The Before I Go to Sleep actress, 47, dished on her relationship with her husband on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, Oct. 30. Kidman told Ellen DeGeneres that she and Urban, 47, write love letters to one another when they can't be in each other's arms.
"I write him things too!" she told DeGeneres, when the host asked about Urban's letters. "He doesn't write them every single day. When we're apart, we do that, yeah. I have to say, I love saying this because he should be just adored."
The Oscar-winning actress has long been vocal about her affection for her country crooner love. The Australian stars tied the knot in June 2006 after a little more than a year together. In the years since, they have welcomed two daughters, Sunday Rose, 6, and Faith Margaret, 3.
"He has been so good to me, you know, for nine years, but for the last month, which has been a really tough time for me," Kidman continued on The Ellen Show, referencing the September passing of her father, Dr. Antony Kidman. "I recently lost my father, and to have my husband just step up in that way, it makes me cry. He's amazing… We all go through terrible things at different times in our lives, but to be literally carried by your partner, physically at times 'cause I was so devastated, it's just like, I'll do anything for that man."
