Nicole Richie's birthday cake looked like something you might find at a Kardashian wedding!

On Wednesday Richie turned 30, and the the married mom of two celebrated with pals at the Regent Beverly Wishire in Beverly Hills. Party planner Mindy Weiss and her team shared a few pics of Richie's lavish cake on Twitter; the three level masterpiece — created by Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach — was so ornate it almost looked too pretty to eat!

Weiss' Team also shared a glimpse of the lush white flowers by Dolce Designs. A super-sized white vase, surrounded by white candles, brought elegance to what Richie described on Twitter as her "dirty thirty" party.

While DJ Samantha Ronson, Ashley Olsen, music super-producer Quincy Jones and of course hubby Joel Madden were able to attend Richie's fete, not all her BFFs could be present. But Christina Aguilera, Lisa Vanderpump and more of the reality star's famous family and friends were still a part of the celebration!

A source tells Us Weekly Richie's celebrity pals teamed up to create a video and play it during her party. Aguilera, 30, was in Hong Kong and couldn't attend the party, but still wanted to wish the Fashion Star mentor a happy birthday. (The Voice coach's 3-year-old son Max has the same birthday as Richie's daughter Harlow.)

Fortunately Richie got some real-life love, too. She and her rocker hubby, 32, were "lovey-dovey," according to a source, and "appeared to be enamored with one another."

The mom of two (Harlow, 3, and Sparrow, 2) gave her Twitter followers a sneak peek of the evening: she posted a picture with Madden (taken by the new Samsung Galaxy S II camera), where she donned a vintage red dress. "Mr. & Mrs. Over The Hill," she joked.
