Friendly exes!
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver reunited Saturday in Beverly Hills, Calif. Despite announcing their separation in early May — and filing for divorce July 1 — the estranged spouses and their two sons — Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13 — enjoyed lunch at Barney's for the Terminator star's 64th birthday.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver, 55, were seen in the same car arriving to the restaurant. An onlooker told Us Weekly there didn't seem to be "any tension" between the exes. The group — including Christopher, who was just released from the hospital Tuesday after a surfing accident — "seemed relaxed." Schwarzenegger "smiled a lot," and it seemed "pretty normal" for the family (minus Katherine, 21, and Christina, 19) to be together.
So who paid the tab? "Maria grabbed for it," the onlooker said. "She was already pulling out her wallet and gave her credit card [to the waiter]. While she gave him the card, she also ordered Arnold an espresso."
The chef even brought out a special treat for the birthday guy — a Tiramisu on the house. He and his sons took a few bites before leaving together. He said "Bye, darling" to Shriver. She then went to the restroom and exited by herself.
