The queen has gotten her wish! Us Weekly can confirm that Prince Harry has shaved off his bushy beard. The royal first grew it out during his Walking With the Wounded trek last year in Antarctica.

"Spotted. Prince Harry and security having some juice," an eyewitness pointed out via Instagram. In the first photo of his shaven beard, the 29-year-old is all smiles while wearing a hat and chatting with his security team around a table.

As reported by Us, Queen Elizabeth II was not a big fan of Harry's scruff. She's "not keen" about it, a source previously told Us of the 87-year-old British monarch. "Facial hair will never go down with the queen."

The insider added: "Staff must be clean-shaven at all times."
