Queen Elizabeth II “Not Keen” on Prince Harry’s Beard, Wants Him to Shave

Prince Hairy's gotta go! Queen Elizabeth II is "not keen" on the bushy beard her grandson Prince Harry grew during his Walking With the Wounded trek through Antarctica last year, a palace source reveals in the Jan. 20 issue of Us Weekly.

"Facial hair will never go down with the queen," the insider tells Us of the 87-year-old British monarch. "Staff must be clean-shaven at all times."

Family, too, it seems. Harry's grandmother has apparently decreed that the 29-year-old royal lose the scruff once he returns from the French Alps, where he is spending time with girlfriend Cressida Bonas, 24.
