That’s what sisters are for! Just ahead of the 2016 Oscars, Rachel McAdams' and Lady Gaga’s sisters lent their famous siblings a hand in primping and prepping for Hollywood’s biggest night.
“Team McAdams ready to rep our hometown at the McAcademy Awards!” Rachel's sister, Kayleen, captioned an adorable snapshot of the the two of them and their brother, Daniel. “We are #STTHOMASPROUD #Canada #spotlight.”
In the photo, the Spotlight actress and her siblings show off buttons (and a beanie!) with the hashtag “#stthomasproud” emblazoned across the front. A hairdresser can be seen in the background, presumably getting the 37-year-old actress red carpet ready.
This is Rachel's first Oscar nomination for Actress in a Supporting Role.
Another famous face who got her sister in on the Oscar prep fun was Lady Gaga, who Snapchatted her younger sister, Natali Germanotta, getting her hair done for the big event.
“Bella. My sister gets her hair and makeup,” the “Til It Happens to You” singer can be heard saying as she films Natali. “Bellissimo.”
Throughout the clip, Natali looks up from her phone to make faces, sticking out her tongue at her older sister.

Gaga, 29, is set to perform her Oscar-nominated hit, from the documentary The Hunting Ground, at the awards ceremony, her third big performance this year, hot on the heels of Super Bowl 50 and the Grammys.
