But while his words may been confusing, the photo leaves no doubt: Rob is slimming down and shaping up, and he's looking physically healthier than ever!
The 28-year-old reality TV star’s face is mainly hidden in the photo, as he wears a black cap and is looking down. But the shy Kardashian family member's heavily tattooed arms look muscular, and the remnants of food on his plate suggest his new health kick is going according to plan.
Rob has shared one other, current photograph of himself on his recently restored social media account — a snap he posted on the eve of the MTV VMAs last weekend, which also showcases his new, trimmer look.
As Us Weekly previously reported, Rob has been hitting the canyons in Los Angeles with his famous sister Kim Kardashian, going on what the pregnant reality star described as "the hardest hike ever," in a bid to shape up.
And despite the fact Rob stayed home recently while the rest of his famous family went on vacation to St. Barts, his mom Kris Jenner says things are looking up for her only son. "He's on a good path right now," she recently told ET, adding that he was working out and "doing terrific."
