Out in the open! Sam Smith and Brandon Flynn have made their relationship Instagram official. The couple started seeing each this year, but it’s not until now that they have made their debut on social media.
The 13 Reasons Why star shared a selfie of the pair on his Instagram page on Thursday, December 21. They both wore adorable unicorn hats, which they paired with some serious facial expressions. “Rare sighting in London,” the actor captioned the photo, using two unicorn emojis.
As previously reported, the “Too Good at Goodbyes” singer, 25, and Flynn were spotted kissing in New York City’s Greenwich Village in October. A source told Us Weekly that the duo were not shy about showing their affection for one another. “Obviously, they haven’t publicized their relationship on their social media accounts,” the insider said at the time. “But they also aren’t afraid to show some PDA.”
That same week, they were photographed after seeing the Broadway show Dear Evan Hansen in NYC.
During his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on October 23, the “Stay With Me” singer talked to host Ellen DeGeneres about his relationship status and revealed he was no longer single.
“No, I’m not [single], which is crazy,” he gushed, saying he had to “kiss more boys” in order to make his latest album, The Thrill of It All.
“It’s weird bringing out an album and not being single. Because when I brought out In the Lonely Hour I was so lonely,” he added, without mentioning his new beau’s name. “I’m quite happy, so it’s quite weird.”
