Pretty in prints! Continuing her red carpet comeback, Sandra Lee stunned while attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation's 14th Annual An Enduring Vision Benefit Gala at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC on Monday, Nov. 2.

The Semi-Homemade Cooking chef, 49, who recently announced that she is cancer-free after a long battle with breast cancer, modeled a strapless printed dress with gold details by Alberta Ferretti, teamed with statement earrings and a diamond cuff. She styled her blonde tresses into loose curls, parted to one side, and added a glossy pink lip.

"I love co-chairing Elton John and David Furnish's event every year," Lee wrote via Instagram. "I wore this beautiful Alberta Ferretti dress in his honor. The flowers stand for the garden of flowers he sent to fill my room while I was sick, and the gold represents his gold standard in philanthropy! #EJAFfallgala"

The TV star was one of many co-chairs of the event, including Hugh Jackman, Neil Patrick Harris, David Burtka, Matt Lauer, Matthew Morrison, Billie Jean King, Judith Light, and Jonathan Groff. It was hosted by Anderson Cooper.
