Detectives found cocaine on the tour bus that Scott Weiland died on. According to the Bloomington Police Department, the late rocker’s The Wildabouts bandmate Tommy Black has been arrested and faces charges for possession of a controlled substance.
According to the report obtained by Us Weekly, police obtained a search warrant following Weiland’s death, and detectives found a small quantity of a suspected controlled substance in the bedroom where the former Stone Temple Pilots frontman was located. The substance tested positive as cocaine. Another amount was also found in Black’s area of the bus.
As previously reported, Weiland was found dead on the bus on Thursday, Dec. 3. The rocker died from cardiac arrest.
