Ryan Vieth, the eldest son of Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge has been arrested for alleged domestic violence, Us Weekly has learned. The 29-year-old was arrested on June 28, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department’s blotter.
The mother of Vieth's child, Sarah Rodriguez, called 911 from her neighbor’s house in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., shortly before midnight on the 27th, according to the blotter. Rodriguez said that Vieth — who was shirtless and wearing a pair of shorts — had hit her, and that she thought her finger was broken. The report also notes that Rodriguez couldn’t elaborate on the details of what happened because she had her 5-year-old daughter from a previous relationship with her.
Rodriguez also said during the call that the couple’s 5-month-old daughter, Ava, was with Vieth, and that their home contained “many firearms.”
Vieth posted his bond on the 28th, and was released the same day.
An insider tells Us Weekly that Vieth “never hit [Rodriguez] or pushed her,” and that it was a fight “induced by alcohol.”
Judge thanked her fans for their support on Instagram on Monday night. “Thank you for all the positive messages,” she wrote. “There are two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn’t report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together working through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers not your judgment.”
The RHOC star has kept up a happy appearance on social media and had not let on that there was any trouble until now. Earlier on Monday, she even shared a happy photo of little Ava surrounded by smiling children, and captioned the image, “So much Ava love going on.”
The little girl’s birth aired on the hit Bravo show just last week.
