Taylor Frankie Paul reportedly had her visitation rights shortened after allegedly failing multiple drug tests amid her custody disputes with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.

Paul, 32, allegedly failed multiple drug tests in the last 60 days, according to a TMZ report published Wednesday, September 16. The outlet also claimed that, as a result, she was limited to eight hours of weekly parenting time with her kids. (Taylor shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, with Tate, 34, as well as son Ever, 2, with Mortensen, 33.)

Taylor has not publicly addressed the accusations. Us reached out for comment.

Us understands that juvenile court proceedings are strictly confidential and a court-ordered gag order remains in effect.

“The fact that alleged information from these confidential proceedings is being disclosed publicly is yet another example of the continuing harassment and inappropriate conduct from the other side,” a source tells Us.

Taylor temporarily lost custody of Ever in March after resurfaced footage from her 2023 arrest was leaked. (Taylor was arrested for assault after an alleged incident with Mortensen and was remanded to probation after pleading guilty as part of a deal to dismiss child abuse accusations. She completed her three-year sentence in August.)

After a recent court hearing, a judge ruled to increase Taylor’s visitation rights with Ever and also granted the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star and Mortensen mutual protective orders.

Tate, for his part, requested a restraining order against Taylor in July to change the terms of their divorce and custody arrangement. His motion was subsequently denied.

Throughout the ordeal, Taylor has denied the accusations into her character.

“I tried to have this sealed from the beginning. It wasn’t in protection of me, but honestly, just to keep it sealed for the children,” she alleged in a social media video uploaded in July about the legal proceedings. “This was something I asked for and was denied from the beginning. I am an open book. I will give you the ugly and the pretty. If you know me, I don’t claim to be this ‘mother of the year.’ I have my faults.”

She continued, “I also have a right to stick up for myself, give context of my life. … I will admit I am a lot of things. I can confidently say that if you were to put my kids on a [witness] stand, they are choosing Mom and Mom’s house every time, I say that with full confidence because I love my children. They know that I love them.”
