Luke Broderick would like to remind his fans and followers not to believe everything they read online.
The Valley star, 35, shut down any rumors that he was breaking up with Kristen Doute when he shared a screenshot of a Reddit post on Tuesday, October 21, that read, “I have unverifiable confirmation Kristen & Luke have split & will announce soon. Unfortunately, I can’t share my source, but it was confirmed to me they split & will announce soon.”
He added on to the post, “ 😂😂😂😂. Love you @KristenDoute❤️ .”
Hours earlier, Luke also reshared Kristen’s post of the pair getting ready for a photo shoot with their dog and their 16-month-old daughter, Kaia.
“Great day shooting with @Dear.mome Magazine,” Kristen, 43, wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday. “Can’t wait for everyone to see the interview.”
Viewers of The Valley have had a front-row seat to Luke and Kristen’s love story.
After they became parents in June 2025, the pair kept it real when it came to the highs and lows of their romantic relationship. One thing they struggled with was intimacy after having a baby.
“I mean, we’re trying. It’s just hard,” Kristen exclusively shared with Us in March. “It’s not like I don’t find him to be the most attractive person in the world, which I do, or that I don’t want that for us. But I’m just tired all the time, and I’m in survival mode. I’m just hyperfocused on [our baby] Kaia.”
In a separate interview, Luke explained, “It’s a roller-coaster becoming new parents. I hope all new parents can identify with that. It’s still an up-and-down thing. We do improve. We move past things and something else comes up. So, overall, yes, things have improved.”
When it comes to planning a wedding, Luke acknowledged that the ball is in Kristen’s court after he proposed in September 2024.
“I have put a line in the sand that I am a hard no on a wedding that’s going to cost six figures before we have a house that we own,” he explained. “So that’s my line.”
Although Bravo has yet to confirm any plans for The Valley season 4, both Luke and Kristen are expected to return for new episodes. Their close friends Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, however, previously announced they were leaving the Bravo show.
Earlier this week, Kristen supported Nia, 36, as she celebrated her first collaboration with Zip N’ Bear alongside Brittany Cartwright and Scheana Shay.
