Tom Holland made some rare comments about his life at home with Zendaya.
During a recent appearance at the 2nd annual Bero Padel Classic in Los Angeles, Holland, 29, spoke with Olympian Tom Daley about his and Zendaya’s love for crafting.
“So we have been crocheting at home,” the actor said. “I absolutely love it. I just find it turns my brain off. Had a stressful day. I can’t do anything else and do it. I have to be lasered in.”
Zendaya, 29, was also in attendance at the event to show support for Holland amid widespread rumors that they secretly got married.
Holland and Zendaya were first linked after working together on 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.
After several years of denying the speculation, the costars went public with their romance in 2021. They’ve since offered rare glimpses into their relationship.
“I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share,” Zendaya told Elle in August 2023. “It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist. You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.”
Holland, meanwhile, admitted it can be “nerve-wracking” to have aspects of his love life in the public eye.
“It means that if you are dating someone, you have to be really conscious of their feelings, because if something does happen between the two of you, it’s not just happening between the two of you, it’s happening in front of the entire world,” he told British GQ in 2021. And it can be very complicated. It’s one of the things I worry about most, of all the things in my career.”
Holland has also been candid about looking forward to having kids.
“I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career,” he told People. “I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world.”
In January 2025, Zendaya was spotted wearing an engagement ring at the Golden Globes. Earlier this year, marriage rumors swirled when Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach hinted that the couple’s nuptials already took place.
“The wedding has already happened. You missed it,” he told Access Hollywood on a red carpet in March. “It’s very true.”
