The supermodel, 22, who split from DiCaprio in December 2014 after dating for over a year, looked happier than ever while walking in New York City with Parsons, 26, who took a moment to share a sweet kiss with the blonde.
“They really like each other and are having fun,” an insider exclusively tells Us of the couple, who met through a mutual friend. “Chandler is recuperating from knee surgery and Toni has been a great support for him.”
The Dallas Mavericks player underwent arthroscopic surgery on May 1, but has made a swift recovery given he’s able to walk around without crutches already. On top of Garrn’s support, the baller is also rehabbing through physical therapy while in NYC.

Parsons was last linked to Kendall Jenner, although a second source tells Us it was nothing serious. He has designed his own line of underwear for PSD, which will hit stores for Holiday 2015.
