Tori Spelling is on the mend! The reality star, who was hospitalized for over a week while battling severe bronchitis and pneumonia, was photographed for the first time since leaving the hospital while stepping out for a business meeting in Los Angeles on Monday, Nov. 3.
Wearing jeans and a floral top, the True Tori star looked healthy as she made her way into an office building.
Despite a rough couple of months following Dean McDermott's talked-about affair, the Chopped Canada host was by Spelling's side while she was in the hospital, a source previously told Us. McDermott was also on hand Halloween day to bring Spelling home.
While in the hospital, however, the actress shared with followers on Instagram that she was missing a certain someone. "This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you," she wrote alongside a shot of herself in her hospital bed. "We all need 2 step up frm inside & go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me. #TrueTori."
