Warren Sapp has been charged on three counts of domestic abuse after getting into a heated altercation in Las Vegas with girlfriend Chalyce Moore this past April.

According to the police report obtained by Us Weekly, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders defensive tackle and Moore reportedly got into an argument at a private cabana at the M Resort’s pool in Las Vegas. The former Dancing With the Stars contestant allegedly threw a margarita at his girlfriend, and while they were driving away, he bit Moore’s finger. After they arrived at her condo, the 300-pound former NFL star reportedly stomped on her head with his size 15 foot.

According to the documents, the hotel has security footage of the altercation. Moore reportedly suffered a bruise on her lower lip, abrasions on her shoulders and legs, and had a bruise on her temple with an imprint from Sapp’s sandals. The documents note that Moore potentially suffered a concussion.

Sapp, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013, lost his job as an analyst for the NFL Network this past February after being arrested on assault charges and for soliciting a prostitute.
