While the Democratic presidential candidate, 68, faced some heat for allegations that the Clinton Foundation accepted foreign donations that created a conflict of interest for her as secretary of state, the business mogul, 70, raised eyebrows for his refusal to say that he will accept the election results and defended himself against multiple allegations of sexual misconduct. A CNN/ORC poll found that Clinton beat Trump by 13 points, 52 to 39. The debate, which many called Trump’s most composed performance, was still not enough to edge out the former secretary of state, who won by even wider margins in the previous two debates.

According to the CBS News Battleground Tracker, voters in 13 swing states say Clinton won the final debate. Clinton received 49 percent of the vote, while 39 percent believe Trump won. Twelve percent say it was a tie. Online polling company YouGov also declared the Democratic candidate the victor with the exact same percentages, 49 to 39.
