D’Amelio family rift rumors have been swirling on social media.
Instagram gossip blog Deux Moi claimed in May 2026 that TikTok star Charli D’Amelio is feuding with her parents, Marc and Heidi D’Amelio, over money.
The caption alleged that Charli “discovered” that millions of dollars had been removed from her accounts while her career was managed by Marc and Heidi. The money was allegedly Charli’s savings. Deux Moi claimed there were attorneys involved, which led to drama within the family.
However, Marc has since spoken out in an effort to clear the air.
“No one called me for an interview. This is not true. We love Charli but she is being manipulated and I have the receipts,” Marc claimed in an Instagram comment. “Over the last six years we have remained silent and never addressed gossip but the time has come to set the record straight.”
In a second comment, he added, “She’s always had a team in place lawyers, business manager, manager agent. We purposely set it up that way. Not sure if you know anything about our family, but we were doing fine before TikTok.”
Charli rose to fame in 2020 when her dance videos on TikTok went viral. She, alongside sister Dixie D’Amelio, joined the now-defunct Hype House before leaving the content creation mansion and continuing their careers in Hollywood. The entire family starred in The D’Amelio Show, which aired on Hulu for three seasons from 2021 to 2023.

Marc further addressed the rumors in an Instagram Live, claiming again that Charli was being manipulated by someone who viewed her as a “cash cow.” He alleged that Dixie experienced something similar.
“Going through this process was never about money, it was always about having this crazy awesome experience with my family,” he said of the family’s fame. “As far as stealing money, if anything, I’m owed money.”
When Did the Alleged Family Feud Start?
Marc said during his Instagram Live that it’s been “some time” since he’s spoken to Charli, later claiming the drama started in early 2025. He further alleged that the only communication they have with Charli is through her lawyer.
“He did tell me yesterday when I talked to him that she’s doing fine,” he added. “We’re destroyed, man. We’re freaking devastated. We want Charli back. We love her.”

Marc said during his livestream that he thinks they have talked. However, he didn’t share any further details.
Did Charli D’Amelio Unfollow Her Parents?
It appears Charli does not follow Marc or Heidi on Instagram as of June 1, 2026. However, she is still following sister Dixie.
